Mboya Nicholson
Jazz pianist Mboya Nicholson has performed worldwide, from Guadeloupe to Japan. Also a composer and arranger, Mboya has
written string quartet arrangements as well as a suite, commissioned by conductor Colin Mendez Morris.
Mboya leads two quartets and plays in a duo with bassist Aretha Tillotson. Mboya is also an instructor at MacEwan University, teaching jazz piano and jazz history.
